How to request a refund

Orders are processed by our checkout provider, Digistore24. To request a refund within 60 days of your purchase of Seed, Roots, Bloom or Legacy, open your Digistore24 order confirmation email and use the order link it contains to manage your order and submit your refund request.

Orders placed before this change, or through other providers, keep the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase. Any additional offers follow the terms shown on their own Digistore24 order page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Digistore24. Because the materials are delivered digitally by email, no physical return is required.
